GET UP!

So I have to say that last night was rough.

I think the two spices I used to cook with were having a fist fight in my tummy all night!

I went to bed early- the last time I looked at the clock was 1:30am. I have to say - 4am came REALLY fast!  In fact, it felt like I had just gone to sleep hahaha!

I accidentally hit the snooze and startled when the alarm rang at 4:10am I yelled (internally of course since my hubby was still sleeping)  GET UP!!!!

I hopped out of bed and tried to get out the door in 20minutes. You see - I had spin class today!

I climbed on my bike after yawning (yep - the instructor saw me!)
My initial thoughts - I can spin, I can spin, I can spin!

We had three "hills" today in spin class. The second hill was 12 minutes!!! That translates to 3 minutes standing 3 minutes sitting etc... while cranking up the resistance.

You get the picture - JELLY legs! But I did it! I conquered the spin class again and didn't fall asleep or fall off of the bike LOL!

  1. 4:10 a.m.?! Are you nuts??? Even God rested on the 7th day! It's behavior like this that makes me think that you will have no problems with weight once the program ends. More power to you. Personally, I will do my exercising AFTER work.
