I bet you didn't know that you can do ab crunches in a pool. I surely didn't know that until recently.
Seriously - you really can!
You have to perch your legs on the side and hold yourself up so that you don't drown in the water!!! It can be done. We have proof - see below!
By the time we are done working out in the pool - we will ALL have rock solid abs of steel! I know that you are just jealous thinking of it hahaha!
