Week Three Recap

Week Three is in the past. 1/4 of the way done!

The accountability factor of this program has really helped me work towards my goals.  I have lost weight and am down one pant size already.  Living without Mountain Dew and decreasing sugar hasn't been too difficult with the increased nutrition in the foods I have been eating.  My blood pressure is improving and I am looking forward to the rest of the program.
