Looking forward to working out in the pool tomorrow!
So thankful for the support on finding a workout that will work with my limitations and the support that is surrounding me. I can't describe the tears in my eyes to know that someone is willing to walk beside me as the battle wages on for my health.
I will keep working! I will NOT give up! I am WORTH it! I will NOT live in bondage.
It is WORTH it to walk away from all of those sugary sweets! That is NOT the design my creator has for me!
We are WORTH it!
