Just got back from an impromptu visit to Summit PT. They gave a name to the pain that has been bothering my left heel and leg. It is called "Plantar Fasciitis". The cool thing about it having a name is that I know Jesus' name is ABOVE EVERY NAME!
I figure that pain poser just slithered in for a rest under my feet, and every time I stand up I squish his head so he reacts by biting me. Poor little serpent doesn't realize that I am immune to his poison because of the finished work Jesus completed at Calvary!
EJ has directed me to ride the bike tomorrow and stay off the foot for now. As it feels right now, tomorrow's scheduled jog/walk would not be wise.

Glad you enjoyed spin class today. It is SOOO AWESOME, that we have so many options, and resources and help in this program when we are injured!
