I'm all about them legs, 'bout them legs, 'bout them legs...

This morning's challenge was actually - dare I say - fun. After completing 20 flights of stairs, 5 minutes on Jacob's Ladder, and 10 minutes or so on the stair stepper (before moving to the bike), that song "All about the bass" started playing in my mind, except in my version the words were modified to "I'm all about them legs, 'bout them legs, 'bout them legs..." I attributed this to the fact that today's challenge seemed very focused building up those big muscles in the quads, hams, and calves, and I was feeling it all too well today.



Perhaps I ought to try my hand at making up a little spoof music video to this tune and posting it for y'all...Nah!!! That's just silly talk.

When I was in the locker room, I noticed our Alumni friend Wes sharing his workout playlist with someone, and that got me thinking... What's on your playlist?

    I don't have a playlist, but I often listen to my podcasts and one in particular keeps me going is podrunner. Check it out, it's great!

  2. I use Spotify, sometimes 80's, 60's, 50,s, rockabilly. Anything I can get into, sing along, and jam to some guitar solos hopefully!!
