I don't know what it has been about this week but I am just exhausted and worn out.  Anyone else feeling that way?  It feels like I have run into a wall.  I don't feel like quitting but I just feel like I need more sleep or rest for my body.

That or maybe it is the fact that the pool is one heck of a workout.  You never stop moving when you are in there and the water provides so much resistance.  I am changing up my breakfast routine to give me some more carbs and protein for energy in the workouts so that should help.


  1. I was just thinking the same thing!!! I'm absolutely exhausted - I was ready for bed at 8:30 after our first pool workout this week lol.

  2. The pool sounds like a great workout. I'm tired and sore and weary also. Not ready to quit - oh never! But feeling the stress of making my body do things it doesn't like. Hang in there Adam. You are looking good!

  3. Frank and I felt that way in our season too.And I am resting in my car right now during lunch, haha.
    You are going thru a lot physically, don't forget to take time to rest

  4. I want to be exhausted too. Coach, put me in the pool so I can come out looking and feeling amazing like these folks are!
