Good week thus far.  I feel the inches falling away.  No longer feeling like ten pounds of flour in a five pound flour sack, this weekend I may try to see if I fit in some different (smaller!) pants.  I was at the GLS yesterday and will be again today, and while I'm able to control portion size at lunch the ingredients are beyond my control. Oh well, good practice for when Jen takes the training wheels off.

    Think disposable, transitional clothes. Goodwill, clearance racks to hold you over until you do this again in a couple of weeks. It is encouraging to see yourself in clothes that fit, and show your hard work. ..but you will need smaller clothes again and again and

  2. Hopefully you found success with the pants. I know about the lunch. I saw the menu and decided to decline going to it. It is interesting the food that we serve to groups. I was hoping from what they said that the hotel would be offering some healthier options but they didn't and the price wasn't low either. Friday Edna and I just brought in our own food for lunch and snacks to help us succeed. You are doing so great and looking good.
