Noticing the Little Changes

One of the reasons I am doing BMSW is because of the challenges I was having doing the little things in life. Trying to put my belt on and having difficulty reaching the back belt loop or not wanting to get on the floor due the challenge it would be to get back up. In two weeks, I have notice I can get my belt on without straining my reach. Also I can now take that quick glance over my left shoulder to check my blind spot while driving without feeling a strain in the neck and upper back. By the way, getting up and off the floor is already easier.

Grateful for the opportunity to be part of BMSW.

  2. That's awesome Mark! I can totally relate. For me it was the reach to grab the seat belt and strapping myself in, tying shoes, and pain in my quads and knees every time I stood up or stepped out of the car. Isn't it amazing how quickly our bodies can adapt to a little physical conditioning? I am so excited! Keep it up!

  7. It is not the big accomplishments that really keep you going because they take awhile it seems. It is noticing and celebrating the "little" ones that help you see how far you are coming. Keep it up.
