Keep Pushin

They say "If it doesn't kill you, it only makes you stronger."  My thought:  "But it could kill you!"  Now that I'm half way through the second week of BMSW, I'm now thinking that these things aren't necessarily mutually exclusive.  I am feeling stronger, but not sore.  I'm also thinking that marching and punching will be the end of me.  I've noticed that I'm sweating the most and feeling the warmest when I'm doing that.  I know that means that I'm burning calories.  So despite the physical discomfort I will push on so that my stomach won't continue to push out.  I got myself into this mess and I'm going to do the work to get myself out.  Let's rock & roll!
