I'm falling!

People! I'm falling!!! Wow this week has been SO difficult for me.
The exercise portion is awesome! I'm challenging myself and conquering, however, I'm still slipping on the food. I didn't think I would slip in the food area. I was betting on my life that I would beef about the exercise but I was so wrong! I love it!
So, I am going to ask you all to pray for me. I need to stay on track with this food and learn to say NO!
I want to give thanks to you all for supporting me on this journey and whoever is placing those little notes of encouragement keep them coming lol I love them, I actually tear up when I see them and begin reading them. Thank you!!!!!!!

  2. You already took one of the HARDEST steps! Asking for help! That's what this program is all about! We are here to support each other! We all struggle at times, even the alumni! So please keep moving forward. When you fall, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again. (isn't that a song?). You've got this man! You might even surprise yourself!

  5. It's the small goals! Focus on one meal at a time and set small goals - don't overwhelm yourself! I know that you can do this - you are awesome Maria!

I am not always perfect either but I try. Maybe we can swap some recipe ideas as well. I will try to help with the best that I can.

  8. I pray for you with the food. The food is such a big part of the success. As much effort as you have put into the workouts will be required to overcome the food. You can do it Maria just keep working at it.
