This week has been quite the emotional roller coaster!
Before this program my mornings consisted of waking up between 5:45 and 6,
taking my time to get ready for work and spending time with my kids, dropping
them off to my mom before heading to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks, after that I’d
head to work and talk on the phone with my husband along the way. My routine
has completely changed. I am up and ready to go before anyone in my house is
awake, there is no stopping for my morning latte, and there isn’t enough time
to chat with my husband after workouts. This has been the hardest part for me.
I may be overwhelmed but I am determined and I will not give up!
These workouts are challenging! Who knew marching could be
so intense?! I am sore but ya know what? I feel GREAT! Honestly, I thought that
after waking up the crack of dawn, working out for an hour, then rushing off to
get ready for work, that I would be exhausted and barely able to stay awake at
my desk. Oddly enough, I have more energy! The only downside is that after
working out on Tuesday and Thursday I’ve experienced debilitating migraines and
both times I had to leave work. It appears as though they exercise-induced
migraines. I have a doctor’s appointment this afternoon at 2:30, I’m praying
that this is an easy fix!
Lastly, I am so thankful for all love and support! You guys
are awesome!
