Hangry?

Hungry + Angry = Hangry

Being hungry can lead to being angry. I'm hungry. A lot.
I can relate to Ron Swanson, he has a love for all things breakfast and loves to eat.

I have the feeling of being hungry, all the time, and we are only just beginning...  Ten minutes or so after a meal and I want more! The good news is I can handle it, it hasn't made me Hangry yet.

Drinking more water has definitely helped with the feeling of an empty stomach, but I'm not sure what to do about that sweet tooth yet.

  1. I found raisins in my peanuts are helping to substitute for my chocolate so far. Well - I haven't had any chocolate yet at least LOL!

On the funny side, out of me and Frank, I am the only one that has had to apologize for my words/tone/behavior while hangry!!

  5. I agree with Rose, the nutritionist gave us great ideas and I hardly ever found myself hangry after the first week.

  6. The water does help, of course it has caused extra trips to the restroom. You can do it.

  7. I like frozen bananas + 1 container plain Greek yogurt + 1 T nut butter in the Ninja. I pretend it's ice cream. Just count it in your MyFitness Pal to make sure you are within limits. Frozen grapes are good, too.

  8. If you need to reduce the calories even more there is actually a powdered peanut butter that has about 1/3 of the calories of regular peanut butter. In a smoothie, it is quite good.

  9. I know someone that says she's Hangry a lot, I think it's awesome that there are other people that use that word. You'll figure it out!
