First weigh-in

I'm excited - the initial weigh in is OVER. That is now out of the way!
We met our support team tonight!  Everyone seems to care in a genuine way. I'm looking forward to building relationships and starting this journey!

Can't wait to start the workouts. The goal is to lose 3.3 pounds every week for 12 weeks. Hopefully the pounds will melt off with some hard work and adjustments.

Maybe I won't feel like I have the deer in headlights expression soon!

Maybe. Just. Maybe.


  1. When the workouts start tomorrow you will have a better what to expect. It will be hard work but it will be worth it. Many of us have made it through and are glad we did. We are here to encourage you.
