Happy Dance Day!

Released from physical therapy - they have fixed everything they can without surgical intervention!!! My knee assessment showed an increase in strength of 3 times!

They reminded me that when I walked in the door I could not even fire the muscle that would allow me to straighten my leg all the way... Really - was it that bad!?!   Funny how you learn to compensate over time for sub-par performance or limitations.

Kinda applies to food too ;)  Funny how I used to be able to "justify" eating junk when I wanted too.
