It's true, I haven't lost any weight. To loose something implies that you don't know where it went. I know exactly where my weight went. It went back and forth on the gym floor, up and down the stairs, climbing Jacob's Ladder, walking the treadmill, and off my dinner plate. I plan to continue to "get rid" of weight. It didn't go on fast and it's not going to come off fast, but it will come off. Keep the faith!
