Fighting The Good Fight

Yesterday was challenging.  Today was refreshing.  I do enjoy a good challenge.  I know what to expect (weight loss) but I don't have a clear picture of how to get there.  Last week was a warm up.  I think that we can start to see the picture of what a "routine" week will be but don't quite have it yet.  In the meantime, I'll just hang in there and keep fighting.


  1. You have the right attitude, Dave, and I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that you will be truly amazed when you see the fruit of your labor at the end of the BMSW program! And in that, you will find within yourself the motivation to stay the course for a lifetime. So pleased to see your diligence!

  2. It is just that each week new things will be added as you are ready for them.
