Early Riser

Who knew I could get up two days in a row at 4:30 a.m.?! We met at BMI this morning at 6 a.m. to do our best at running/walking/jogging a timed mile. Again, I'm so thankful to have alumni there. Having Marilyn Boyer run/walk beside me the whole way was so encouraging, not to mention it was great getting to know her! I just can't believe I was up that early, running with the beautiful sunrise! What??!!

    Everyone did so great with the mile. Things will be better. Not only will your time be better on the final mile, but you will also succeed at the 10K at the end of the program.
