Day two:

Sweating and pushing thru. I could hear the old gears creaking in my hips and back. My feet were saying it was time to sit down and my knees were getting hotter by the minute. Sweat was dripping down my spine. I know my face was red - along with the green team shirt, I felt somewhat Christmassy. Just think, I'll be feeling stronger December 25th.

  1. You'll still have the red and green in December, it will be the red cheeks that you'll have as people tell you they are green with envy for not doing what you did!

  2. One thing you forgot to mention in your post. You did not quit. You did not sit down. You kept going through the whole session and gave it your all. You did a great job and you will have many more successes over the next 12 weeks.
