Week 3 is almost over! So much has changed in such a short
period of time and working out and meal planning is becoming more routine. Over
the weekend I planned and prepared all of my meals for the week, I spent about
4 hours in the kitchen slicing, chopping, weighing, and packaging. It was worth
every minute!
Someone asked me the other day when my “diet” was over. I
know this program will end and it will no longer be mandatory to log everything
I eat and to show up for workouts but for me, this isn’t just a “diet”. I am not doing this to lose some weight and then
go back to the way things were. This is about changing my lifestyle and
becoming a better me. I don’t ever want to forget what it’s like to dread going
shopping because I need a bigger size or barely having enough energy to play
with my kids and I certainly want to remember the pain in my shins from living
a sedentary life. This is only the beginning....
Amen! Healthy for Life!
ReplyDeleteGreat week Ashley! Great outlook!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely Ashley. This is about a new life, and it requires faith and effort - both of which I see you putting forth. The old life has passed away, behold EVERYTHING HAS BEEN MADE NEW! BAM!
ReplyDeletePreach it!!! THIS is what FWSW is really about!!
ReplyDeleteAnd BMSW
DeleteThat is always what the misunderstanding others have of the program. Diet's are temporary life style change lasts.
